1.Cancellation Policy
- For Ev Rentals
- Once an EV rental booking has been confirmed, it may be cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the booking, or before vehicle handover, whichever occurs earlier.
- For Franchise / Fleet Investment
- Initial booking amounts or deposits made towards a Vroola franchise or EV fleet investment may be cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the booking/request.
- After the applicable cancellation period has expired, the booking or investment request cannot be cancelled, and no cancellation request will be entertained.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only in the following circumstances:
- A valid cancellation made within the applicable cancellation period.
- A failed or unsuccessful payment transaction where the amount has been debited.
- Non-availability of the booked vehicle or service due to circumstances attributable to Vroola.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to the processing timelines of the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
- No refund will be provided for:
- Non-refundable services or charges.
- Administrative, documentation, or processing fees, where applicable.
- Cancellations made after the applicable cancellation period.
- Rentals, leases, or services for which the vehicle has already been handed over or the service period has commenced.
- Any other charges specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Requests
- To request a cancellation or enquire about a refund, customers or franchise/investment partners should contact the Vroola support team as soon as possible and provide their relevant booking ID, transaction details, registered mobile number, and other required information.
