Shipping & Delivery Policy
Vroola – Shipping & Delivery Policy
- At Vroola, we aim to make the vehicle deployment and handover process simple, transparent, and efficient. This policy explains the expected timelines, pickup arrangements, and communication process for EV rentals and fleet/franchise deployments.
1. Vehicle Deployment & Handover Timelines
- For Fleet Investors / Franchise Partners
- Once the investment, documentation, KYC, and applicable agreements have been completed and confirmed, Vroola will initiate the vehicle procurement and deployment process.
- The typical deployment timeline is 7–14 business days, subject to factors such as vehicle availability, registration requirements, documentation, RTO processing, fleet size, and location.
- The actual timeline may vary depending on circumstances beyond Vroola's reasonable control.
- For EV Rental Customers / Riders
- Once the required KYC verification and rental formalities have been successfully completed, the vehicle will be made available for handover from the designated Vroola operational hub associated with the booking.
- Vehicle availability may vary depending on fleet availability, location, maintenance status, and the selected rental plan.
- Customers will be informed of the applicable pickup location and handover details before or at the time of confirmation.
2. Pickup & Delivery Charges
- Vehicle pickup from a designated Vroola operational hub is generally free of charge, unless otherwise specified in the applicable rental or service agreement.
- If a customer or fleet partner requests transportation, relocation, or delivery of vehicles to a location outside the designated operational area or hub, additional logistics or transportation charges may apply.
- Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer or partner before the requested delivery or relocation is confirmed.
3. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
- Vroola makes reasonable efforts to meet the estimated deployment and handover timelines.
- However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- RTO registration or documentation delays.
- Vehicle procurement or manufacturing delays.
- Third-party logistics or transportation delays.
- Government or regulatory processes.
- Unexpected vehicle availability issues.
- Weather conditions, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.
- Other circumstances that materially affect vehicle deployment or transportation.
- Where reasonably possible, Vroola will communicate significant delays and provide an updated estimated timeline.
4. Vehicle Status & Updates
- Vroola may provide customers, riders, investors, or franchise partners with updates regarding the status of their vehicle or fleet deployment.
- Depending on the service, updates may include:
- KYC or documentation status.
- Vehicle allocation status.
- Procurement or registration status.
- Expected deployment date.
- Pickup or handover location.
- Handover instructions.
- Other information required to complete deployment.
- Updates may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication channels registered with Vroola.
5. Handover Requirements
- Before a vehicle is handed over, the customer or rider may be required to complete applicable documentation, KYC verification, payment formalities, security deposit requirements, and acceptance of the relevant rental, lease, franchise, or service agreement.
- Vroola may delay or withhold vehicle handover if mandatory documentation, payment, verification, or contractual requirements have not been completed.
